Each company within The Nebula Group services a distinct market sector, via a dedicated support team and business structure. This allows us to really understand the industry and tailor the support service accordingly. Launched in 2019, Nova provides dedicated IT support services, exclusively to St. James Place Partner businesses.

Nova supports over 150 client businesses – ranging from sole traders to those with 100+ staff.

Over 70% of all issues raised are resolved within the first hour.

We have maintained 100% client retention from day one.
