With over 20 years of experience, my career in the IT industry has ranged from IT support & engineering to the role of Operations Director of a successful Microsoft Managed Service Provider. In 2018 I took the leap into setting up my own business and, with Mike (a previous colleague), I cofounded Nova. Despite the challenges we have all faced in the last few years, Nova has continued to gain support from clients, old and new and we are now in a position to grow our business further, exploring new markets. Polaris is the first company launched using the Nova model, exclusively supporting the wider Financial Services industry.

After 10 years in various advisory and managerial HR roles, I moved into wider business consultancy – advising company directors and management teams on the operation of their business, people management and organisational development. This ranged from day-to-day operational processes to wider scale projects, coaching & mentoring and organisational strategy.
Following a career break to be with my two young children in 2021, I am now delighted to join The Nebula Group. I hope that my experience in developing individuals and organisations will enable us to continue to thrive and to grow our business.
Over the last 10 years, I’ve held a variety of senior roles within the IT support sector focused on the client experience, including working for Microsoft and being the Operations Director of Nova since 2018.
I am excited to be a part of The Nebula Group, Nova, and Polaris, bringing dedicated, industry-leading service standards to various sectors within the UK.
I have almost 20 years of experience in technical, creative, and leadership roles within the tech industry. In that time I have built up a breadth and depth of knowledge and skills that I believe will be invaluable to The Nebula Group and its companies; From managing complex multi-year projects and writing software used by thousands, to creating & maintaining websites that showcase those tools & products. I look forward to applying that experience to the growth and future success of The Nebula Group, as a part of this inspirational team.
